Canadian CD of the Week: Jesse Matheson – Pleasure Pounds

Few artists bring a comical sense of basic truth to their lyrics. While many might try to dazzle with elaborate poetics, Vancouver-based musician Jesse Matheson, delivers to goods plain and simply and usually focuses on the simplest pleasure in life. Like making out or drinking wine.
